IWA Cookbook: Simply Divine
For the the 20th anniversary of IWA, members came together to contribute crowd-pleasing recipes of many popular vegetarian Indian dishes. This cookbook contains an introduction to the spices and lentils used in Indian cooking, alongside recipes for appetizers, main dishes, sides, desserts, and drinks. All recipes contain nutrition facts and are rated on general nutrition, diabetes friendliness, heart healthiness, antioxidant level, and sodium level. As with all profits made by IWA, proceeds will be donated to local or national charities.
