Dear Friends,
We are thrilled to invite you to this year’s fundraiser, a vibrant celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage through captivating performances that showcase the diversity, energy, and traditions of India. This event is more than a cultural showcase; it is an opportunity to come together as a community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
We are thrilled to invite you to this year’s fundraiser, a vibrant celebration of India’s folk heritage through captivating performances that honor tradition, storytelling, and artistic expression. This event is more than a cultural showcase—it’s a powerful act of community support and solidarity.
For years, our organization has partnered with nonprofit organizations that uplift women, children, and families, donating over $125,000 to causes that promote safety, empowerment, education, and opportunity. This year, we are proud to support two organizations whose work is creating lasting impact:
- LARA (Lafayette Adult Resource Academy) – Providing adult education, workforce development, high school equivalency preparation, and English language instruction to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency and lifelong success.
- Apna Ghar – Offering comprehensive services, advocacy, and support to immigrant, refugee, and underserved survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and other forms of abuse, helping them build safety, independence, and hope for the future.
Together, we can amplify their impact and help build stronger, safer, and more inclusive communities for everyone.
Warm Regards,
Indian Women's Association
